How do lives work?
You start with 3 lives. A wrong answer, or running out of time, costs one. Lives come back one at a time, every 5 hours, even when the app is closed. The Daily Quiz never costs lives.
What does Premium include?
Premium gives you unlimited lives, so you can keep playing without waiting. It is available as a monthly or annual subscription through the App Store.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open the app, tap the settings icon in the top left, then tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Trivia Quiz. You can also get there from the app: settings icon, then Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I start the questions again?
Tap the streak counter in the bottom left to see everything you have answered, then tap Start again.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Your progress is saved on your iPhone.
